Japanese Biscuit Jar

Hand-painted in the sunny yellows and cobalt blues of the Italian majolica tradition, this cheerful biscuit jar features a crowing rooster amid lush florals.  The wrapped rattan bail handle and cobalt  lid. Useful, decorative, and full of vintage  charm. Made in Japan by Moriyama. (stamped)
